Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, within 24 Hours or in exceptional cases it takes 1–3 business days of order placement unless indicated in the product description, for example, in the case of pre-orders. Orders placed between 1 p.m. EST Friday through 11:59 p.m. EST Saturday and Sunday will be fulfilled the following Monday (In case of any Public Holidays, Order will be processed on next working day). On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you within one business day to gather the information we need to expedite the order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after five business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

When you pre-order a Fetchzy item, this product is reserved especially for you. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. Fetchzy will ship your order as soon ship from our warehouse. Please keep in mind that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order as they are estimated dates based on information provided to us by the manufacturer. If we are unable to fulfill your order, Fetchzy will refund your payment. Note: Promo codes are not valid on pre-order items.


We delivers to over 190+ countries worldwide. Usually, shipping prices include import duties and taxes, until unless your local customs has exceptional charges. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your chosen products. Fetchzy orders are generally shipped with postal e-packets. In some cases, i.e. for certain art pieces, we may use a different courier service. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

All orders are shipped and should be received within 7-15 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Saturday delivery is only available if pre-arranged with Customer Service on select products.

Fetchzy's orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9 am and 9 pm. If the ordered Item is not eligible for FREE or Flat Rate Shipping, then standard shipping rate will be applied during the checkout process. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations and Same Day delivery is offered in select cities for select products; if such will be mentioned on product page.

Depending on your location and the store promotions, if any, we also offer a Flat Shipping Fee $8.99 for orders below $50 or Equivalent to the same USD/GBP/EUR or any.

This means you can purchase multiple items/products from our partner boutiques/suppliers/manufactures for one shipping fee. The amount of the Flat Shipping Fee is based on the lowest price shipping option available for the item in your order, which travels the farthest to reach you.

From Flat fee of $8.99 - Most of Europe, GCC, and the USA: delivery within 7-15 days and Rest of the world: delivery within 15-20 business days.


Most of Europe, the Middle East, and the USA: delivery within 10-18 days and Rest of the world: delivery within 15-25 business days.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Fetchzy cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.


We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:

European Union, USA, Canada, Brazil, China, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, U.A.E, Japan, and Mexico.

If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or country, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For the UK and the USA, these are included at checkout.

If a "Delivery At Place" destination is selected (i.e. customers outside of the countries listed above), the price you pay to Fetchzy will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a "Delivery At Place" order.


For orders shipped within customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the Fetchzy partner for a refund.

After placing an order, you will receive an email, Text message from us containing all the details of your purchase. Alternatively, you can also select other modes of order /shipment update notifications from browser push notifications or via facebook messenger chat.  We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, Fetchzy will aim to process and dispatch it within 24 Hours or in exceptional cases, it takes 1-3 business days.

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 5-15 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. If you order from multiple Fetchzy partners/suppliers, please keep in mind that your items will arrive separately. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.


As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. While we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by Fetchzy and we will be unable to refund, However, we can offer a Returns service at your shipping cost.
